This formula contains a range of B vitamins that provide an array of health benefits contributing to a reduction in tiredness and fatigue, normal energy yielding metabolism, and normal function of the immune system, providing energy, endurance and stamina.
The body needs different amounts of each B vitamin, and this formula is balanced to assist B12 absorption. It is highly recommended for vegetarians due to its high level of vitamin B12, in a formula that is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Vitamin B12 in particular contributes to normal red blood cell formation, the normal function of the immune and nervous system and psychological function. Amongst the many other benefits of B vitamins, thiamin (B1), contributes to the normal function of the heart, Riboflavin (B2) contributes to maintenance of normal red blood cells, skin, vision and metabolism of iron. Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of normal hormonal activity, and protein and glycogen metabolism. This formula is free from sugar, starch, artificial colourings or flavourings. The tablets include the SynerPro® concentrate base, are yeast-free, and are coated to preserve freshness.
